1. Reservation Process
• All reservations must be made through our official website or directly at our offices.
• Reservation requests will be confirmed based on availability and completion of required information.
2. Payment Terms
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure a reservation.
• Full payment is due 1 day prior to the start of the tour - trip.
• For bookings made within 4 days of the tour - trip or more, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
• Cancellations made 15 days or more before the tour - trip are eligible for a refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made within 5 days of the tour - trip are non-refundable.
• No-shows will not be refunded.
4. Amendments and Changes
• Changes to the reservation, such as date or participant adjustments, are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• Amendments must be requested at least 1 day before the tour - trip start date.
5. Force Majeure
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), We reserve the right to modify or cancel trips. In such cases, clients will be offered alternative dates or a refund.
6. Travel Insurance
• We strongly recommend all clients to have comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
7. Health and Safety
• Participants must adhere to health and safety guidelines provided by us. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour - trip without a refund.
8. Responsibility
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense caused by factors beyond our control.
9. Age and Health Restrictions
• Certain tours may have age or health restrictions. Participants must ensure they meet the specified criteria.
10. Group Bookings
• Special policies apply to group bookings. Contact our group coordinator for details.
• By making a reservation with us, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify this booking policy without prior notice.
